About the Workshop:
We face umpteen number of problems in our day-to-day lives, some small & insignificant, and some large & life-altering. The way we solve these problems is usually on a scale of systematic to chaotic. For most of us, it is the latter - using trial and error and, on occasion, brute force tactics to solve our problems. Would it not be fantastic to have a well-defined structured way in which we could solve problems for ourselves and those around us?
This is precisely where Design Thinking comes into the picture. If we were to define Design Thinking - “It is a human-centred approach to problem-solving that is creative and practical.”
Design Thinking has been widely adopted by large corporations and many Silicon Valley tech giants that use it as a framework to solve business challenges on a daily basis. Some companies that have widely embraced Design Thinking are Apple, Google, Airbnb, etc.
