Hello, art enthusiasts!

The Dialogues with Art community brings to you another exciting online meet-up! This month’s theme is‘Acrylics’, hosted by Pranathi P. (on Instagram @pranathisartgallery).
Please note that this is NOT a full-fledged art workshop. This meet-up gives artists an opportunity to come together, explore a new art form, and receive feedback on their works.

What will this session entail?
This will be a fun, informative, and interactive session on the basics of acrylic painting on canvas. The artist will provide a brief overview of acrylic painting and introduce you to the basics of this versatile art style.

Live demo activity:
The artist will create a simple sunset-theme painting on a canvas board LIVE in this session. Participants can paint along with the artist or they are free to only watch and observe. This activity will help participants learn about colour blending on canvas.

Materials required (optional):

• Canvas
• Brushes (flat brush 4-6 size, round brush 2-4 size)
• Acrylic paints 
• Water, tissue, pallet

About the artist: Pranathi P
Pranathi is a software engineer by profession and an artist by passion. She loves to experiment with various art forms and colours, working with mediums like acrylics, oil, resin work, pastel, watercolours, rock painting, etc. She has conducted multiple art workshops both offline (in Bangalore) and online. She also works on commissioned artwork during her free time.

• The internet Gods are not always in our favour so please allow for minor network issues and interruptions during the event
• There is a possibility that the time and date of the event may be rescheduled due to internet connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and/or time at the earliest.
• One ticket grants access to the live stream for only one screen at a time
• The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling
• Recording or uploading of this stream is strictly prohibited
• Dialogues cannot be held accountable If your network connection is not optimal. However, if the problem is faced by a majority of the participants, the event may be rescheduled
