About the Workshop: 
Acrylic painting is a perfect choice for beginners! It is a versatile medium that allows you to paint expressively with a lot of freedom.
The theme for this acrylic workshop is landscapes. This will be a guided classroom-like interactive, online painting workshop where you will learn beginner and moderate level acrylic painting techniques and trips that you can use to create your own masterpieces. 

What will you learn in the workshop?
Day 1:
On day 1 of the workshop, you will be introduced to the basicsof acrylic painting: 

• The different mediums of painting
• The difference between acrylics and other forms of paints
• Introduction on how to hold the brush for different techniques
• Basic introduction on strokes used in flat and round brush and finally we will jump to the main painting planned for the day

Day 2 :
On day 2 of the workshop, you will be introduced to slightly advanced methodsand techniques:

• The different surfaces on which acrylics can be used
• Wet-on-wet and dry-on-wet acrylic painting techniques
• Techniques for mixing paint on palette vs. on canvas 
• More techniques on strokes achieved with flat and round brushes and then we will jump to the main painting planned for the day

Flow of each day:

• Introduction to the planned painting for the day on the steps involved 
• List out the colours needed and brushes required. 
• Mixing of required colours
• Painting the background and colour blending
• Adding layers and highlights to the painting
• At the end of each session, each artwork will be personally reviewed by the artist and feedback will be given. 

Materials required:

• Canvas board/Acrylic sheet/Drawing sheet
• Acrylic paints (Bottle/tubes)
• Brushes 
• Flat brush 12/14 size
• Round brush 4/6 size
• Round brush 1/2 size
• White bristle brush (optional)
• Tissue paper, water 
• Paper plate or palette

About the artist: Pranathi P
Pranathi is a software engineer by profession and an artist by passion. She loves to experiment with various art forms and colours, working with mediums like acrylics, oil, resin work, pastel, watercolours, rock painting, etc. She has conducted multiple art workshops both offline (in Bangalore) and online. She also works on commissioned artwork during her free time.

• The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling
• Recording or uploading of this stream is strictly prohibited
