Mandalas are a highly therapeutic art form. The word 'Mandala' in Sanskrit literally means circle, symbolising the idea that life is never-ending and everything is connected.

Today, mandalas have become a popular symbol of meditation. Drawing mandalas enhances focus, aids in meditation, and helps in combatting stress. It also helps one appreciate the beauty of nature and form a greater connection with oneself.
