Charcoal is a form of dry art medium made of finely ground organic materials that are held together by a gum or wax binder. In this workshop you will focus especially on the effect of light and shade as well as on gradations and variation of charcoal.

The 2 hour beginners' workshop will cover the following:

   - Introduction to the charcoal and required accessories

   - Demonstrations and an explanation of every step takes during a drawing

   - Creation of a charcoal artwork

Bring your writing pad and every other material shall be provided by the artist.
