Are Thoughts Real or Perceptual?
Our body is hardware whereas our mind is known as the software. We all perceive things, and our thoughts are defined by the way on how we try to create a meaning based on our encountering with the five senses of our body which includes –
1. See
2. Hear
3. Touch
4. Smell and
5. Taste.
Most of the time what we perceive is way beyond our reality. Hence, we must be able to control our thought processes in a way such that it does not lead to any sort of distortion thinking. Distortion thinking leads to unwanted thoughts flowing into our minds and making us perceive things which is at times beyond reality.
In this session, we would understand the importance of our perception and its impact in our day to day lives, which in turn would leave us with a thought that “Are our thoughts Real or Perceptual?”
