But still, visuals that are descriptive and put well stay with us much longer than text or words! Join us for a 2 DAY workshop on sketchnoting. The workshop will take you through a journey of learning the language of Visual Note Taking, from drawing basic icons to telling your story! Learn to represent your ideas visually and develop your Icon library.

Day 1: - What is Sketchnoting? Why use it?

- Drawing objects. - Texts and Layouts.

- Building your Language (Thinking Visually/ Icon library/ Key points, 50-50 Rule)

- Hands-on experience

- Discussions + Networking

Day 2:

- Building Icon Library (Objects/ Verbs/ Emotions)

- Drawing Human Figures

- Drawing Concepts, Scenarios

- More on texts, Layouts, colors, Lines and containers

- Discussions on examples and applications

- Practice sessions - Tools, Guidelines, Tips and Tricks

Materials: Notebooks, Pens, Sketch pens, and Reference Materials will be provided at the venue

Artist Details: An illustrator, comic artist, graphic designer and doodler, Tanvi Agarwal is a self-taught, multidisciplinary artist. She is a full time artist now, hosting interactive workshops on doodling and Visual Note Taking, and exploring all kind of new projects that come her way with her own touch of creativity, everyday!
