Superior. Boss. Victim. Subordinate.

We have a term for every position. It is human tendency to categorise and put people into boxes. Boxes approved and/or disapproved by social standards rather than what are our own views. Also, we tend to include ourselves in one of these boxes and “follow the guidelines”. We often fail to acknowledge our abilities and strengths and instead do our best to fit into these walls we build. Similarly, Power as a concept comes with its own set of myths and stereotypes and we mostly “follow the guidelines” here too.

Do these pre-contrived myths and stereotypes change how we think or feel about when we are powerful or powerless?

Do we recognize when, how, why, and to whom do we hand over our power?

And when do we take away power from others and how it affects us?

Do we know our Authentic Personal Power in any position/box we choose for ourselves?

If you are not able to answer these questions then maybe what is missing is the understanding of where this Authentic Personal Power originates.

We at Wahe Nadhi would like to guide you through creating a passage through these boxes, by understanding the depth of your individual strengths. We hope to help you look past these walls and acknowledge the power you hold within. After all ‘no one is you and that is your power.’
