Unleash the artist in you to make fabulous compositions with Pencil and Charcoal! Drawing pencils are often considered to be sturdy, reliable and precise. Every pencil artist has their own way of doing things. The workshop will showcase some methods of working with drawing pencils. Charcoal, on the other hand, is a wild counterpart: it’s bold, daring and dramatic. It’s much darker than any pencil and has richness, making drawing with charcoal a completely unique experience. Participants will be introduced to various techniques pertaining to Pencil and Charcoal in drawing compositions. The participant will be exposed to creating anything ranging from abstract, floral, landscape, even portraits with Pencil and Charcoal. Participate in this fascinating workshop to make original masterpieces on cartridge sheets! Date: 11th November, 2019 (Monday) Timings: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Age Group: All age groups are welcome Take Away: Two Original Charcoal Sketches (A4 size) Venue: Dialogues Cafe, Koramangala Last day for registrations is 10th November, 2019 Registrations will be on first come first serve basis. Walk-ins/spot registrations will be charged 100/- extra. About the Facilitator: Trishna Patnaik, a Bsc (in Life Sciences) and MBA (in Marketing) by qualification but an artist by choice. A self-taught artist based in Mumbai, Trishna has been practising art for over 14 years now. After she had a professional stint in various reputed corporates, she realised that she wanted to do something more meaningful. She found her true calling in her passion, that is painting.�Trishna is now a full-time professional painter pursuing her passion to create and explore to the fullest. She says, "It’s a road less travelled but a journey that I look forward to everyday." �Trishna also conducts painting workshops across Mumbai.
