Ecoprinting Workshop on Fabric

Ecoprinting is a natural process where plants are enclosed in textiles or paper, bundled in layers and then steamed or immersed in hot water to extract the pigments and produce a print made with plant dyes.
The students will create their very own one-of-a-kind-ecoprinted scarf from leaves.
In this workshop students will learn:
1.Step by step process of ecoprinting.
2.Handouts of the process will be given.
3.All tools and materials will be provided .
4.It will be a 3 hour workshop.
5.6ft long 100%habutai silk scarf (takeaway).
